Activation link should activate the subscription and not link to manage site

Hi,
is it possible to create a activation link (shortcode) which activates a confirmation immediately and does not redirect to the managing-site.

The shortcode [newsletters_activate] only redirects to the managing site, where the user can confirm.

The user should only click once inside the mail.

Please help.
